A Celebration of The Journey

How are you doing?  How is your body?  How is your mind?  How is your heart? 

Me, my heart is soaring- yep really.  Why?  I just love the sunshine in California. The sun is out pretty much every day!  It literally warms my heart.  So my mind is at ease, my heart is full and my body responds to these good things with exceptional health. I’ve got my daily routine down and every morning before I begin teaching, I wake up and say what I call gratitude bombs for all the things I have in my life. Try it, works brilliantly in that your mind can’t complain about the things you have to do if it’s busy thinking of the things you are grateful for.

This blog is to share a bit about my journey to California and the setup required.  Oh boy, was it a lot to set up, took me two weeks in August and then three weeks to organize once I arrived.  Albeit, worth it- you bet!

With a bit of help from Facebook Marketplace and The Container Store (Love. See amazing cart below!) I’m getting organized and settled in.

It’s time to re-connect with my network out here, now that my home and office is set up.
