Three Classes For Every Body.

  • Low Impact. Beginner Gyrokinesis Exercise - Seated Only

    This class is fully seated. We will learn an Introduction to Gyrokinesis exercise that will prepare your body to move in alignment with some practice. It is ideal for individuals who have difficulty getting on the floor and wish to learn how to effectively exercise while seated.

  • Medium Impact. Intermediate Gyrokinesis Exercise -Seated and Floor combined

    This class is only suitable for individuals who have previously completed at least 10 private Gyrotonic or Gyrokinesis sessions and are familiar with the exercises. Participants should also be able to smoothly and quickly transition to kneeling and laying on the ground.

  • High Impact. Standing + Floor Exercise - Weight Lifting and Aerobics

    This class is designed for individuals with athletic coordination and a background in dance, gymnastics, sports, or aerobics. The session will involve standing exercises with light weights, cardio, and energetic music for a total of 20 minutes, including a 5-minute warm-up and a 5-minute cool down.
