Kerri helps her clients by recognizing the unique challenges they face in reaching their best health and creating a plan to resolve the pain, or lost mobility, lost flexibility and other limitations they are experiencing.

Each client has an individualized plan they work on for an agreed period of time. This plan is modified on an on-going basis as old issues are resolved and clients seek even greater health than they imagined possible. Implementing the practical ideas, tips, and step-by-step guidance that make achieving amazing health possible, clients will experience joy in movement and exercise for the first time since they were children.

The result of working consistently on an individualized program tailored to address the client’s body concerns is a long-term shift in health, weight-loss, improved sleeping habits, and greater energy and enthusiasm for life. “ I am excellent at actually teaching my clients how to permanently heal their entire bodies, not only the part of the body they come looking to heal“.
