I’m Kerri Affronti, founder of Years Younger, a prestige level movement and wellness space in Henderson, Nevada. I am a sought after personal coach and movement educator, known for helping clients create permanent, long term shifts in their health. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology and more than twenty years directing private health practices in Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Atlanta, Buffalo, and now Henderson, I bring both scientific depth and refined, concierge style care to every session.
My work blends Pilates, The GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods, fascia release, breath work, and nervous system regulation, supported by advanced modalities including Neurolinguistic Programming, Ontological Design, Craniosacral Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching, and Syntropy Bodywork. Over the past two decades I have invested thousands of hours studying how and why problems originate in the body, and how to restore alignment, mobility, and ease. I have helped clients restore spine mobility, resolve knee, hip, ankle, and shoulder limitations, and release the impact of old injuries that still show up as tension, guarding, and pain. Many clients tell me they feel joy in movement for the first time since they were children.
I understand how the body responds to stress, injury, and inflammation because I have lived through it myself. Severe pain, autoimmune challenges, cancer, and acute injuries taught me how quickly life can change when the body struggles. Those experiences honed my intuition, deepened my compassion, and shaped the way I support every client. Many people come to me after trying everything else, and what they appreciate most is that I can see patterns others miss and create a clear, intelligent path back to freedom.
