Step One

Choose the best day and time for your Strategy Session. Your session is confirmed as soon as your payment is complete.

Step Two

After you book, you will receive your Health Profile form. Please fill it out before we meet so I can prepare for your session and understand your goals clearly.

Step Three

On the day of your session, we will review your Health Profile together and begin mapping out the right plan for your body, your movement, and your long term goals.

That is it. You do not need to prepare anything in advance. Just bring yourself and your goals.
