Choose the best day and time for your Strategy Session. Your session is confirmed as soon as your payment is complete.
Step Two
You receive your private Health Profile form. Your responses allow me to prepare in advance, so our time together is focused and customized.
Step Three
On the day of your session, we will review your Health Profile together and begin mapping out the right plan for your body, your movement, and your long term goals.
You will leave with a clear weekly strategy, including when to lift weights, when to do Pilates or breath work, and when your body needs rest and recovery.
