Kerri Affronti is a world-class authority in therapeutic movement, body intelligence, and longevity education, with over with over two decades of experience guiding individuals back into strength, ease, and deeper trust in their bodies.
With a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a strong foundation in human physiology, nervous system regulation, and movement science, Kerri bridges evidence-based research with embodied, experiential practice.
Her work is informed by advanced training in the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods, STOTT PILATES®, and Power Pilates education through Equinox Pilates, alongside complementary study in Active Isolated Stretching, Craniosacral Therapy, Syntropy Bodywork, Neurolinguistic Programming, and Ontological Design.
This integrated approach treats the body as an intelligent, adaptive system, rather than a collection of isolated parts.
Kerri is best known for working with individuals who have already tried everything.
Her clients often arrive after years of physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage, acupuncture, medical interventions, and traditional fitness, yet still feel stuck in pain, stiffness, or a lingering disconnection from their bodies.
Through her work, they do not simply add another protocol, they develop a different relationship with their own physiology, one rooted in clarity, perception, and sustainable progress.
Rather than chasing symptoms, Kerri teaches clients how to listen, interpret, and respond to subtle signals in the body.
Through breath, rhythm, alignment, and intentional movement, she helps unwind chronic stress patterns stored in the tissues, restore joint integrity, and rebuild resilience from the inside out.
The result is not only reduced pain, it is improved energy, confidence, and a renewed sense of agency in one’s health.
Her private clients include CEOs, founders, physicians, creatives, and high performing professionals who value discretion, precision, and lasting results. She is also the founder of Years Younger, a premium membership and educational platform designed to support individuals in feeling stronger, more mobile, and more at home in their bodies at every stage of life.
In addition to her private work, Kerri is a sought after speaker and educator. She has delivered presentations and workshops for organizations such as The March of Dimes, Piedmont Healthcare, and the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, and has been featured in media outlets including Entertainment Tonight and eWomen Radio.
Known for translating complex science into accessible, experiential learning, she is a trusted voice in the evolving conversation around longevity and preventive health.
At the heart of Kerri’s work is a simple belief, the body already knows how to heal.
Her role is not to fix, it is to guide awareness, refine perception, and create the conditions in which intelligence can re emerge.
