These classes use the GYROKINESIS® method to restore fluidity, mobility, and strength through rhythmic, spiral based movement and breath.

This is especially supportive for stiffness, desk tension, and the feeling that your body is not moving the way it used to, you will leave feeling longer, clearer, and more energized.

  • The balance and coordination training work by moving the limbs ‘off-center’ in spiral and spherical motions. The center of gravity is continually trained to find balance repeatedly.
