I don’t chase symptoms. I help people understand what their bodies are communicating and how to respond in ways that create lasting stability, resilience, and ease.

How We Work Together
Every body tells a story. My role is not to impose a solution, but to help you understand what your body has been communicating, often quietly, over many years.
Our work begins with careful observation, how you breathe, how you move, how your body organizes itself under stress, effort, and rest. From there, we build a highly individualized process that supports clarity, coordination, and resilience from the inside out.
Sessions are deliberate, focused, and responsive. Some days are about restoring ease and connection. Others are about building strength, capacity, and confidence. The work evolves as you do.
Whether we work together in person or online, the intention remains the same, to help you develop a more intelligent relationship with your body, so progress feels grounded, sustainable, and deeply personal.
This is not a one size fits all method. It is a collaborative process designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Experience and Training
My work is informed by over two decades of study and practice at the intersection of movement science, nervous system regulation, and embodied learning. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and advanced training in The GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods, STOTT PILATES®, and Power Pilates influenced education through Equinox Pilates. My background bridges science, precision movement, and the lived intelligence of the human body.
In addition to physical training, I am extensively trained in Neurolinguistic Programming and Ontological Design, disciplines that inform how language, perception, and internal narrative shape movement patterns, pain, and recovery. This allows me to work not only with what the body is doing, but with how a person experiences their body.
This integrated approach allows me to meet each individual with nuance, accuracy, and respect for their unique history, nervous system, and goals, creating an experience that is both deeply personal and structurally sound.
