The Turning Point, New Beginnings, Bold Decisions

Something has been shifting lately, and I felt it in my body before I had words for it.

It showed up as a subtle tightness in my chest during my morning breath practice. Nothing dramatic. Just that familiar sensation of wanting to stay in what is known.

And I realized how often the body holds onto what’s familiar, even when something deeper already knows it is time to move forward.

We do this in business.
We do this in relationships.
We do this in our training routines.

The familiar once meant safety.

So when we feel that quiet tension between what was and what’s next, it is not because we are behind. It is because the nervous system is recalibrating.

I see this constantly in the people I work with.
Their mind is ready.
Their goals are clear.
But their body is still operating from an older rhythm.

And if you try to force that transition, the body tightens.

But if you listen, something begins to soften.

I recorded a conversation about this shift, how the body holds on and how it begins to loosen its grip when we create the right conditions. It is now on YouTube.

If you are in a season where you can feel that something is changing, but you cannot quite name it yet, I think it will resonate.

And this is exactly what we untangle in a Strategy Session.

We absolutely work with movement.
But we work with the right movement, in the right order, at the right time for your body.

We look at how your nervous system, schedule, recovery patterns, and physical tension are interacting. That layer determines whether everything else in your life actually works.

The body always moves slower than the mind.

That is not a flaw. It is wisdom.

For now, I am choosing to listen more than push.
